This method is a simple yet profound meditation technique that facilitates the awakening of the inner energy, leading to a state of complete inner silence and peace. There are no prerequisites – just an open heart and mind are all you need. Together, we will embark on a journey to discover the tranquility and balance that lies within each of us. Please make yourself comfortable, relax, and get ready for a truly transformative experience.

Sahaja Meditation is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of Self-realization through Kundalini Awakening. It establishes a deep state of inner silence and joy, where one experiences the deepest self, free from unhelpful thoughts, anxieties and worries. Sahaja Yoga is a (non-profit) organization and was founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and is now practiced worldwide. Sahaja Meditation is always free and available across the US and in more than 100 countries around the world.

**Feel free to bring a towel to sit on at the beach. We also may dip our feet in the ocean water for a few minutes which is balancing for the subtle system.
