Hot Seats

Join a unique discussion format where 1 person answers questions asked by other people in a circle. Being in the hot seat is voluntary. The format is moderated yet decentralized, so it's never controlled by 1 person, but also isn't a mess. This is a unique opportunity to ask and answer questions that don’t normally arise in daily conversations. I learned this exercise in university many years ago and also rab this group in Austin, Texas, where it was popular with people.
