Join us as we celebrate Halloween in style and on the water! Parade kicks off at 12:30pm

Join us for a spooky-fun paddle around Montrose Harbor! Come decked out in your best Halloween getup—witches on SUPs, pirates in kayaks, glow sticks galore. All ages and craft types welcome (kayak, SUP, canoe, dragon boat crews, etc.).
Schedule
- 12:00 PM Check-in, safety talk, and launch staging
- 12:30 PM Group parade lap around the harbor
- 1:00 PM Costume Contest (Categories Are: Most Creative, Funniest, Best Group, “Aquatic Aura”)
- 2:15 PM Floating photo op + candy toss (shore friends welcome!)
- 3:00 PM End of Event
Recommended Items to Bring
- PFD (required on the water), leash for SUPs
- Weather-appropriate layers; secure your costume so it’s paddle-safe
- Dry bag, water bottle
Safety Notes
- This is a no-wake, family-friendly parade—stay within the marked route and follow harbor staff/captain instructions.
- Limited dockside space; arrive early to stage your craft.

- Shore supporters encouraged—bring signs and cheer squads!
RSVP is Required. Waivers Required in order to participate. This is a Weather Dependent Activity. Updates will be sent out.
