There is an inherent wisdom or understanding within us that prompts us to self-heal and self-correct. This understanding is reflexive and can arise spontaneously. However, often due to poor posture, injuries, trauma, or repetitive motion the body forgets how to come back into balance physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

You will also learn some self-care exercises for the neck and low back from the Bones for Life® program.

Presenter: Anne Andrews
Anne Andrews, LMT, MA #38362, a 2003 graduate from the Florida School of Massage, Registered Ortho-Bionomy® Practitioner and Bones for Life® Trainer. Having experienced chronic debilitating pain herself, Anne has great empathy for people who are in pain. In her experience Anne has found that combining her knowledge and skills in Ortho-Bionomy® and Bones for Life® has been very effective in alleviating chronic pain and postural issues and introducing new options of movement that are pain free. Ortho-Bionomy and Bones for Life can be very effective for many things including but not limited to recovering from injuries, surgeries, and relieving stress and pain, posture, and address bone health issues. Her passion for teaching the Bones for Life program comes through in her classes providing a fun and engaging learning environment. Anne is an approved Massage Therapy CE credit Provider for Florida and National.
