About Ryan Oman

He began his professional life as an actor, then took on personal training to pay the bills. He specialized in corrective exercise and injury management but quickly realized that true healing comes from somewhere greater than the physical body.

After suffering from adrenal fatigue, depression and severe anger issues, Ryan decided to explore another path. He began meditating and playing crystal singing bowls while devouring copious amounts of spiritual knowledge. His body healed. His depression lifted. His anger was quelled. He was a new man! Ryan has dedicated the second half of his life to healing others and teaching all his spiritual nerdiness.
