This class is for all Levels of Yogis!!

Gentle stretching poses have the option to be fully supported! As poses are held, each person will receive one on one Reiki energy along with sound healing incorporated during savasana with drumming and chimes.

Give yourself the time for rest and integration of what your body, mind and spirit calls for.
Please register in advance as space is limited. Plan on being there before 6:10PM. Doors will open at 5:50PM as we open this sacred space promptly at 6:15PM.
