Sound Healings are 90 minutes and begin with intention-setting and a brief guided meditation before immersing participants in powerful waves of sound. After the ceremony, gentle toning and sharing invite integration and connection.

Please bring something comfortable to sit or lie on, wear relaxed clothing, and feel free to bring crystals to grid or charge.
