Are you interested in coming together as a community to collectively meditate?

Give yourself the peacefulness of meditation among a community of like minded people! Join us the first Thursday of each month for a one hour guided meditation. Topics will range from relaxation, compassion, acceptance, connection to the moon phases and the earth to name a few.

If you have any ideas or areas you would like to focus our meditations on, type your topic in the comments of this Meet Up and we will incorporate them during the event.

After meditation, we can share experiences and insights in a supportive environment.
