T'ai Chi Fundamentals (TCF) is a modified form of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. For those unfamiliar with T'ai Chi, it is an ancient Chinese Martial Art, now mostly practiced for its many health benefits. T'ai Chi is essentially a moving meditation that enhances the mind-body connection. It promotes leg strength, balance and stamina, while maintaining a relaxed mind and body.

This T'ai Chi Fundamentals class is a great introduction to T'ai Chi, or a good way to solidify basics for the T'ai Chi practitioner. The movements may be modified, but the benefits are not.
The class meets Wednesdays noon – 1:00 pm. at Tikun Yoga Studio, 8375 Olive Blvd in University City, 63130. BEGINNING SESSION STARTING IN JUNE. NEW STUDENTS WELCOME!
