Join The Art of Sake on 24th June 2025, Tuesday from 7:00pm to 9pm for our brand NEW project! We are breaking out the SHOCHU!!!
What is Shochu? Not to be confused with Sake or Soju (Korea), it is a Japanese distilled spirit, typically made from rice, barley, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, or brown sugar.

There are several key regions recognised for its exceptional Shochu, namely (Kyushu, Okinawa, Shikoku, Tokyo Island and other regions (Fukuoka, Nagano & etc)

What's the best way to drink it? There isn't a hard and fast rule but here're some general ways to go about it; On the Rocks, Cold Water Mix, Hot Water Mix, With Sparkling Water and Cocktails.

For $25, you will have exclusive access to join a physical 1 hour shochu appreciation session and sample 7 shochu on Thursday**, 24th June 2025, Tuesday, 7:00pm**.

And if you bring a friend, it's $38 for two!
