"Salsa & Bachata" Group is for everyone who wishes to explore Salsa and Bachata dancing. This group is welcoming couples and singles.
Ballroom Dream Dance Studio is operated by active and former professional ballroom dancers, certified dance teachers, and World-Class adjudicators. Each and every one of our team members represents the spirit of ballroom dance. Our goal is to provide you with the best learning experience and quality service possible.

Ballroom Dream Dance Studio housed @The Belarus-American Center, 284 Whitehead Avenue (485 Whitehead Avenue for GPS), South River, NJ, USOne of the most popular Classes @Ballroom Dream!!!
This class will run through intense exercises of the basics steps, arm styling & technique in popular Latin dances such as: Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba, Salsa, Bachata, and more!
The sole purpose of this class is to give you repetition and build muscle memory so you look great on the dance floor. Repetition is key to building muscle memory and developing excellent technique, posture, and style. Although this is NOT intended to be a workout class, we recommend wearing your Latin practice outfit and drink lots of water because you will sweat a lot!This class is solo exercises, so NO partner is necessary!
