Deer Valley to Park City

The Ride & Trail: mid mountain> loose moose end at PcMR. 7 ish miles 600 ft climbing.

Due to trail conditions or closures, we may need to make changes along the way .

Ride Style: Training pace, no-drop ride
Fitness Level: Moderate
Skill Level: Intermediate for the Black downhill
Ride Time: Around 1.5-2 hours depending on group pace

4:00 meetup- ride to 4:30 bus pick up
Transit: Park at armstrong trail start/ PCMR parking lot and ride your bike to the Old Town Transit Center. Take the free bus to Deer Valley Resort.

Weather: Check for updates the day of the ride. Time or location may change depending on trail and weather conditions.

Post Ride Social: Optional food and drinks afterward if people are interested.

Mueller Park MTB Ride

Route - clockwise loop - Mueller Park (to Rudy's Flat) - North Canyon - Mahogany Ridge - BST - Mueller Park

~15 mile round trip. This ride is suitable for riders with intermediate levels of fitness and skills. We will stop to rest, regroup, and eat snacks! Class 1 E Bikes are welcome. These trails are multi-user and bi-directional so we will watch out for other users and be nice!

Be ready to roll at 7:30 AM. Park on the street below the trailhead. Meet at the big Mueller Park sign just East of the 1800 S. (Mueller Park Road) / Maple Ridge Dr. intersection. I will be wearing an orange helmet, orange shirt, riding a dark brown Salsa Notch E Bike.

The Ride: Get ready to explore the Sparky Loop — one of our favorite playgrounds in Park City! New to dirt? The lower loop is the perfect place to build confidence and find your flow. Feeling bold? We can ride up to the top where three exciting downhill options await, ranging from beginner to advanced — you choose your own adventure. Come out, have fun, and see what Sparky has in store!

No matter your level, nobody gets left behind. We run a no-drop format, regrouping at intersections to keep the whole crew connected. Plan for one to two hours in the saddle, with the pace and route shaped by the group on the day.
If we have more than 12, we may split into two groups so everyone gets the best experience.

Post Ride Social: $5 Beers and $5 Burgers at O'Shucks

Weekly Ride: The Park City Beginner Ride (PBR) is our weekly social ride, rotating between Round Valley, Lower UOP, and Sparky trails. RSVPs typically open about two weeks before each ride — or as soon as a confirmed ride leader updates the event description.
