Armstrong Spiro- mellow intermediate
Details
The Ride: Join us for a fun, laid-back mountain bike ride on the scenic trails of Park City! We’ll be riding the Armstrong and Spiro Loop — a classic Wasatch flow ride with steady climbing, beautiful forest singletrack, and a fun descent back down. Temps and trail conditions are looking great!
Trail: Armstrong and Spiro Loop Trail on AllTrails
Expect about 3 miles of climbing with roughly 1,200 feet of elevation gain before we settle into a smooth, flowy descent. This is a social, no-drop ride — we regroup at intersections and keep the crew together. Due to different trail maintenance/closures we may take a different route down.
This ride is best for easy intermediate riders who are comfortable on mellow singletrack and climbing at a steady pace. Slow climbers and granny-gear enthusiasts are absolutely welcome. The goal is good vibes, not speed. Confident downhillers will still have plenty of fun on the descent while keeping things friendly and group-oriented.
If you can comfortably shift gears, climb at your own pace, and ride basic singletrack, you’ll fit right in.
