Red Bull Cliff Diving Day Paddle Around St. Pete Pier

One of the biggest waterfront events of the summer is coming to downtown St. Pete and we’re taking the best seats in the city... directly from the water.

Join Saltwater Paddle Crew for a special evening paddle around the St. Pete Pier during the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. We’ll launch near North Shore Park and paddle around the pier area to get a closer view of the athletes, boats, city lights, and the incredible atmosphere surrounding the event.

This is more of a social exploration paddle than a workout. Expect the best views, warm summer water, music from downtown, possible dolphin sightings, and an unforgettable day around the bay with the crew.

The goal is to stay safely outside restricted event areas while still enjoying amazing views of the competition and downtown skyline from our boards and kayaks.

Important: This will be a busier than normal paddle due to boat traffic and event crowds. Experience paddling around light chop and city waterfront conditions is recommended.

Bring:
• Life jacket
• Water
• Dry bag for phones/cameras
• Comfortable paddling gear

Saturday, June 6 (Women’s & Men’s Finals)

• Event Site Opens: 10:00 AM EDT
• Pre-Show: 12:30 PM EDT
• Finals Time: 1:00 PM – 2:45 PM EDT (Awards ceremony follows immediately at 2:45 PM)
• Livestream/Broadcast: Catch the finals on the Red Bull Cliff Diving YouTube Finals or Red Bull TV.

Meeting Point: North Shore Park near the paddle launch area by the Volleyball Courts parking lot. As always, Saltwater Paddle Crew is a free community driven group during its pilot phase. Even if Meetup RSVP spots are full, experienced paddlers are welcome to join us at launch time unless otherwise noted.
