Monthly Bark in the Park
Come join us for our monthly Boston Terrier social! When you enter the park from Military Highway, take the first right. The dog park is along your right side behind the bushes/trees. The parking lot is on your left. We will be there from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. We will be in the small dog section of the dog park. If the parking lot is full, go back to the main entrance street and turn right. There will be additional parking just down the street all within walking distance of the dog park. It's always lots of fun to see so many Boston Terriers running all over the place. (The most we've had at one time was around 30. C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!!) As one first time participant said, "These is organized chaos." It's a good idea to bring your own water bottle and bowl. Toys too. And plastic bags for those accidents. We look forward to seeing you! IMPORTANT: Please stop to read the dog park rules which are posted at the dog park's entrance.

What we're about

This fun group was formed on April 26, 2007 to let fellow San Antonio area Boston Terriers and Boston Terrier lovers meet each other for fun, play, and share information. (We are NOT a breeding service.) Come join us for our monthly Bark in the Park. You can find us at Hardberger Park WEST at 8400 N.W. Military Highway, 78230. We meet on the last SATURDAY of the month from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. (There are now TWO sections of Hardberger Park and as of September 2013 we meet at the new West section on Military Highway.) BUT, please check our calendar for any changes and other important information! (A perfect example is April when instead of meeting at the park we head to the Fiesta Pooch Parade.)

Join and help us make this a fun and successful group. We'll get lots of pictures of the "kids"! Oh yeah and YOU as a member! Please join us in making this Boston Terrier Meetup group a lot of fun and friendship.

Would you like to adopt a Boston Terrier? Check out the web site for the Boston Terrier Rescue of Greater Houston, Inc. They always have lots of adorable Boston Terriers looking for their "forever home".

IMPORTANT: If you absolutely want a puppy, PLEASE BE SURE YOU'RE NOT BUYING FROM A "PUPPY MILL"! The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) has some information regarding this on this page of their web site:

We hope to see you soon!

******** IMPORTANT ********

Please spay and neuter your pets. Please keep them on heart worm preventative medication no matter where you may live. Please keep them on flea control. Their lives depend on it!!!!!!!
