Cooler weather in Texas means saddle up and head South to warmer weather. So let's keep our New Year's resolutions in the present by hiking or biking through the past. Goliad has such a deep history, and the "Angel of Goliad" Hiking and Biking trail is a condensed 2-mile trail of Texas History. Presidio La Bahía State Historic Site is one of our country's oldest churches, still offering Sunday services, and Goliad State Park & Mission Espíritu Santo State Historic Site is the furthest west Spanish mission Spain held in the United States.
Let's tie up the shoelaces and air up our bike tires and go "Forward to our Past." Anybody bringing a Delorean?
This trip will allow up to 16 people to camp for 2 nights.
We'll provide breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. A sign-up sheet will be posted a week before the trip for our weekend menu.
The fee for this event will be $20. You can pay your fee to Chad via Venmo, PayPal (@2108704133 or @chadwestes), or in person if you see him out and about.

There may be additional charges for parking paid to the park service. Carpooling is highly encouraged.
NO DOGS & NO ONE UNDER 21
HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!!
