Get ready, campers! We’re kicking it up a notch for the 4th Annual Glamping Event. We’re bringing together 3 groups (SACC, LSSC and WUW) to share the ultimate appreciation for nature—on steroids! If you’re ready to "bring it," this is the adventure for you!
✨ The Weekend Vibe
Friday Night Steak & Wine Pairing: Kick off the weekend with your steak cooked to your own level of perfection. Be sure to bring a bottle of wine to pair and share as we enjoy this signature gourmet experience.
Saturday Morning Crepe & Coffee Bar: Wake up to the smell of fresh crepes and a fully stocked coffee bar to fuel your day.
Saturday Evening Build-Your-Own Taco Bar: This year is all about the tacos! We’re setting up a massive DIY taco bar for our Saturday potluck. Bring your favorite fillings and toppings to share as we build the ultimate outdoor feast.
Saturday Night "Sharknado on the Water": Once the sun goes down, grab your floaties! We’re screening Sharknado (86-minute runtime) on a massive reverse screen behind the boat in the cove. Experience the chaos while floating in the water, powered by one of the best marine surround sound systems out there.
Daytime & Weekend Fun: Throughout Saturday and Sunday—including Sunday morning and afternoon—bring your kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, or anything else you want to enjoy the water on. We’ll also have various game tables available at the site.
📍 The Location & Logistics
Where: Potters Creek Campground, Group Site 1. This site features a massive covered structure, picnic tables, water, electricity, a fire pit, and grills.
The Crowd: Strictly limited to 44 people for a manageable, high-quality experience.
Transportation: Parking is strictly limited to 22 vehicles. CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!

Strictly 21+: No one under 21 and no pets allowed.
Cost: $25 for the full weekend. You must pay to be moved to the "Going" list.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be given within 15 days of the event.
