All you need to do is lay down on your mat, relax, and receive. I will be guiding you while music plays. You might feel different sensations or vibrations in your body, involuntary movements, or you might want to move or dance. You may also feel deeply relaxed, and your body won’t move. Everyone is different, and every experience is unique.
Life force energy activation is an amazing tool for everyone on their healing journey. I’ve experienced it myself, and have seen in others, some great results in dealing with addiction and any kind of co-dependency. It is also great for emotional release and achieving more peaceful states and relaxation. Those of you on the twin flame journey are very welcome as well. It’s recommended to come on a light stomach and avoid alcohol or any other substances that lower your vibration 24 hours prior. I will provide a light snack afterward.
