In our modern world it is easy to forget our connection to nature and drift away from our primal, instinctual self. We live in an age of technology where we are constantly juggling our appointments, commitments, phone calls, emails, and text messages. Even when we stop to rest there are usually a dozen thoughts running around in our heads, things to remember, plans and lists. When you find yourself becoming scattered, stressed, or forgetful it is time to give back to yourself, to feed your soul. Time to create connections that are not based in our modern world, but rooted in something deeper. In our Shamanic Sound Healing we will bring in the five elements and look to bring balance into our mind, body, spirit, and emotions.

The five elements are Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Ether (Pure Light). For the first 20 minutes of our ceremony, we will be offering these Sacred Munay Ki Bands of Power to heal and restore your energy field. The Bands of Power consists of protections installed in your LEF. These are known as the Bands of Power, and consist of five energetic bands representing earth, air, fire, water, and pure light. These bands are installed in your Luminous energy field, and act as filters, breaking down into one of the five elements any negative energies that come your way so that these energies can feed you instead of making you toxic or ill.
