The Blues-Rock Meetup Group has been hosting jam sessions since 2017. Let's get together every month to improve our solos and extended jams.

Jamband practice can begin with a song we all know, and stretch out the solos and melodies, Improv Rock can also be unscripted, starting with a guitar/bass riff, drum beat, or a drone sound, Unscripted songs are a conversation between musicians; Each musician’s solo takes the song into a new direction. We can improvise over rock, blues, metal, funk, fusion, or psychedelic arrangements.

Let's create our own arrangements of songs:
(1) extending the solos (2) creating conversations between instruments (3) adding time changes- playing fast and then slowing it down
(4) atmospheric/ambient excursions (like Pink Floyd)
