About us

Calling all compassionaries! Here is a group for anyone longing to grow real, authentic compassion for yourself and the world around you. We cultivate compassion through personal reflection, guided meditation, mindfulness practices, and intimate small group sharing. We seek to create a true community and safe space for the experience and expression of self. Permissions are always given for sharing or not sharing, following or not following the guided meditation, naming a Sacred Presence in personal ways that feel right (or not), and arriving or leaving when needed. Group sharing is intended to be free from cross-talk, judgment, criticism or correction. All are welcome to join in this contemplative learning experience.

This Compassion Practice Meetup is hosted by BELOVED Compassion Network, and supported in part by BELOVED Way. Learn more about us at https://belovedcompassionnetwork.org.

Trained Compassion Practice facilitators invite interfaith group sharing free from cross-talk, criticism or correction. All are welcome to engage in this contemplative learning experience!
