Barbara Boswell is the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Clean Energy Alliance, a new community choice energy agency formed by the cities of Carlsbad, Del Mar and Solana Beach. Ms. Boswell will provide an overview of Clean Energy Alliance, information on energy power supply, rates with a focus on EV rates, Net Energy Metering program and comparison to San Diego Gas and Electric.
