Tuesday Evening Hike: Torrey Pines Ext to Crest Trail. This times 😂

Hi Guys! This hike was redurected a few weeks ago because of my back but this time we will take the Del Mar area in and we’ll make two trails into one!! We start at the Torrey Pines Extension and hike to the San Dieguito Lagoon Trail from the Crest Trail Entrance. This is a lightly used trailhead with lots to see! Dogs are not allowed on this preserve unfortunately. After, there is a Mexican Restaurant and Italian restaurant next to each other (<5min from start point by car).

TIMING:
We will meet and greet at 5:45pm
We start promptly at 6:00pm (plan your trip, arrive on time)
HIKE DETAILS:
Hiking Distance: ~5.2 miles
Difficulty: Easy
Parking: Street parking or in the Cul-de-sac lot
WHAT TO BRING:
Water ( I take 2 liters; I sweat a lot & I prepare for the worst)
Sturdy Hiking Shoes (ensure the soles have tread)
Option Hiking Poles
Sunblock
Snack (an apple, an orange, electrolyte replenisher)
Bug spray
