Gay + Mindful Men

Gay Mindful Men is a community for gay, bi, trans, queer, and ally-identified men who value mindful living and authentic connection. We meet in person typically in North County San Diego.

As mindful men, we strive to be conscious individuals who care deeply about the humanity of others and treat each other with dignity and respect. We choose connection over objectification, presence over pretense.

We gather to connect in heart-centered ways. We gather to support one another through life’s ups and downs. And we gather to laugh, play, and have fun!
