San Diego Sea Kayakers

Welcome to the San Diego Sea Kayaker's site. It seems like we only started this yesterday, but we've been around for 20 years! Though I've kept this going for all this time, it's the participating members who make this what it is.
we live in a transient community. As the people have changed the group has changed too. The goal still remains the same. The goal is for us to provide the resources that I was looking for when I started kayaking. I was looking for others who would be welcoming to new kayakers, because that's safer than kayaking alone. I was also looking for people I could learn from. If kayaking is your thing, I hope we can help you learn and grow.

As much as I would like to be everything to everybody it's not possible to make all events suitable for everybody. You may be more advanced or your limits might not be as advanced. Please read the event descriptions. We're not professionals and we do this for fun.
