Debbie Love: Women's Self-Defense, Awareness and Safety

Since 2009 Debbie Love has provided valuable self-defense instruction to people of all ages, including young boys and girls, junior high and high school students, college bound girls, women in corporate environments and senior citizens. Her mission is simple: to help women identify and avoid known and unknown predators and to know how to defend when avoidance is not an option.
At just under 5 feet tall and 100 lbs., Debbie is a petite 4th Degree Black Belt and Certified Instructor in Karate who can stop a larger opponent with relative ease. Her message includes her belief that self-defense is not about being strong, it's about being smart!
Debbie was compelled to learn Karate and self-defense after her close cousin Julie Love, near identical in size and appearance, was the victim of a violent crime in Atlanta in the summer of 1988. This event profoundly changed the course of her own life. More details regarding this are at:
