My name is Bel, welcome!
The goal of this group is to connect and interact either artistically or simply socially accompanied with mindful exercises to release stress, such as meditation, journaling, open discussions & body movements.
This is a great place to make friends, artistic connections, and embrace each others company.
My main goal for you is to relax at our meetings, have fun while being at peace & chat with one another, making new friends & artistic connections.
I’m hoping to meet people who want to feel good, artists & people who want to meet new people. While creating a positive atmosphere and be co creators of each of our experiences.
At our events we will do guided meditations, open discussions about our art, conversations about our lives, thoughts, and passions. We will do different exercises to release stress/trauma & art as self expression and self healing.
This will be your safe and happy place.
