⚡ Saturday Oceanfront Session

Meet at Saratoga Park (north side of grass area near volleyball). Arrive 10 min early to find parking! :)

Bring water, a yoga mat or beach towel.

🌊 What to Expect:

The Vibe: Friendly, energetic and relaxing. A small group enjoying the ocean air together.

The Flow: We'll move through a smooth vinyasa sequence focused on opening up tight muscles, improving balance, and building strength.

Level: Open to everyone. Whether it's your first time or you practice regularly, each pose can be modified to fit exactly how your body feels. Assistance is offered.
