You’ll sharpen your skills through hands-on exercises and real-life examples. We’ll cover the valuation techniques that professionals use, including how to calculate the after-repair value using MLS and other tools. Seen a distressed property and thought, "That would be a good flip"? Bring in those addresses for live analysis as we break down the numbers and see if it has potential. All properties shared are confidential, and you can trust that everyone in the room respects your privacy and investment opportunities. Wholesalers are welcome.
