Meditation and energy blessing

Join a group of friendly, kind hearted people to connect and meditate together. During the hour, we will have a brief spiritual discussion, a short meditation and, lastly, an energetic blessing.
This offering is entirely free, simply come with an open mind and heart. (this offer is not associated with any particular religion, we welcome all people from any system of religious or spiritual belief.)
* For those who wish to stay past 7 o’clock, a donation based light therapy will be offered. This light treatment balances the brain, and assists the process of enlightenment. The Light therapy lasts about 15 minutes.
