Join us for a heart-centered afternoon of grounding, connection, and clarity. This ceremonial workshop is designed to help you return to yourself—to the version of you who trusts deeply, feels safe in her own presence, and knows how to meet her needs from a place of self-love and power.
We’ll begin with a sacred cacao circle, using organic ceremonial cacao to open the heart. Through guided journaling, breathwork, light movement, and water or tea-based manifestation rituals, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and create space for aligned intentions in the year ahead. Journals will be provided. Bring an open heart and a willingness to be seen.
