​Keynote Bio:

​Xiaohui Liu is the founder and CEO of sCrypt Inc., a company dedicated to providing full-stack development platform for UTXO blockchains like Bitcoin. Previously, he was a co-founder and the Chief Scientist at blockchain startup ContentBox. Before that, he was a Research Scientist at Facebook in the Connectivity Lab, conducting fundamental research to make internet access available worldwide. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specialising in peer-to-peer distributed networking.

Brandon Robert is the researcher from Starknet. Ex Nana & Coinbase.
