What we’re about
San Francisco Community Nights is a personal project I’ve been dreaming of for years, and I am finally not waiting for it to be “perfect” before I “do it” because I’ve tamed the perfectionist part of me and only called upon him when he is needed.
San Francisco Community Nights are community-driven events that are self-organized by the community members themselves.
The city has changed a lot since the pandemic; so many communities have vanished, and I keep hearing from every person I meet about their desire for connection, friendship, and a sense of community.
My intention is to cultivate a local bay-area community and co-organize those events with every single one of you; my role would be to take care of logistics and be in service and support bringing your craft to the community. Everyone has something to offer, no matter what.
Those events are free; this is not business or an income-generating project but a community service. We all chip in to cover rent and support for the facilitator.
I have so many ideas about what this could be and much more to talk about, but this is not what this email is about. Let’s talk in person, and I will share more, and I want to hear from you too!

This gathering is an invitation to journey through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. We will begin with mindful movement—a dynamic blend of yoga and animal flow—to awaken the physical body and ground our awareness. From there, we move into voice activation inspired by the Hawaiian Huna tradition, opening pathways of expression, energy, and awakening our inner power. A short, seated guided visualization will lead us into silent meditation, cultivating inner stillness and clarity. We will close with a sound healing session, supporting deep alignment and fostering a state of ease, focus, and relaxation. What to Bring

- Yoga mat. (Optional if you want a bit more cushion between your knees and the carpet)
