8:00 - 8:30 Early arrival to retrieve boats and clean the dock (PLEASE HELP)
8:45 LAND WARM UP BOAT LOADING / 9:00 ON WATER (Push off from the dock)
9:00 - 10:30 Water training and workout
10:30 Team debrief on grass and picture Go DW!!!
