Inaugural Effect/Typescript meetup

For the first meeting, I want to discuss how people are using Effect today. If there is interest, I can go into detail about how my company has been using it and what challenges we have faced.
Time permitting, we can also discuss effect/sql, effect/react, and Effect with GraphQL.
