About us

We’re a friendly group who love moving outdoors at the San Francisco. We run varied sessions—functional training, easy runs, circuit workouts with small equipment, and stretching—suitable for all fitness levels. Sessions are guided by Coach Lucas, more than 10 years of experience.

Who can join:
Adults of all ages and fitness levels — beginners are welcome!

What to bring:
Comfortable clothes, water bottle, towel/mat, and a positive attitude.

Quick rules:
 Be punctual and respectful.
 Let the group know if you need to leave early.
 Keep the area clean.
 Invite friends — the more the merrier!
