Outdoor Workout at the Marina ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธโ˜€๏ธ

Join us for a fun and energizing outdoor workout by the Marina in San Francisco! This session will focus on bodyweight exercises designed to get you moving, strengthen the mindโ€“body connection, and enjoy an energizing workout outdoors.

The workout will be led by Coach Lucas, a personal trainer with 5+ years of experience leading both personal training and group workouts. Heโ€™ll guide the session, demonstrate the exercises, and provide modifications when needed so everyone can participate comfortably.

The session is completely free, and all fitness levels are welcome โ€” whether youโ€™re just starting your fitness journey or already active.
