Free LGBTQ Zen workshop and group meditation on the lake very acessibale from bart. The weather has been beautiful lately and I was thinking this is a perfect time to do a zen workshop and group meditation on the lake. Im going to be doing a workshop on enhancing relationships with friends family and lovers as well as a guided group meditation for empowering your mind body and spirit. This workshop is specially oriented towards spirituality and being Lgbtq. The workshop is a free event but I do ask for a optional 5 to 10 dollars donation to help out victims in Nepal since this is a cause that is very dear to my heart no one will be turned away for lack of funds. As a special incentive poly carbon games will be sponsoring free board and zen games during workshop breaks. Things to bring:

Please bring a towel or yoga mat to sit on since we will be on a grassy area as well as drinks and lunch of your choice since we will be socializing afterward. Location:
