### Shed & Shine: A Half-Day Retreat Rooted in Movement, Heritage, and Connection
On Saturday, May 31, I’m hosting a retreat that’s close to my heart — and I’d love for you to join me.
Shed & Shine: Rooted & Connected is a half-day yoga and mindfulness retreat set in the peaceful surroundings of Dominican University in San Rafael, CA.
It’s a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with your body, breath, and community — and it’s taking place on the final day of AAPI Heritage Month, a time that invites deep reflection on identity, culture, and care.
As a Korean American woman and wellness practitioner, this retreat is more than just a yoga offering. It’s a celebration of resilience, ancestral healing, and joy.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A signature Yogalates class: blending the strength of Pilates with the mindfulness of vinyasa yoga
- A nourishing Korean bibimbap brunch (vegan & gluten-free) made with love
- A jar of homemade kimchi to take home — because nourishment should follow you home
Whether you’re feeling depleted, curious, or simply seeking space to reconnect — this retreat is an invitation to root down, rise up, and reclaim your presence.
