About us

Grief touches every life, yet many people feel they have to carry it alone.

This group was created to bring together people in the San Francisco community who are interested in honest conversations about grief, healing, resilience, and rediscovering joy after loss.

Through intimate gatherings, panel conversations, author talks, and community discussions, we create space for people to share stories, learn from experts, and connect with others who understand the journey.

Events hosted through this community may include conversations with authors, physicians, counselors, and advocates who dedicate their work to helping others navigate grief and life transitions.

Whether your grief comes from the loss of a loved one, trauma, major life changes, or simply the weight of difficult seasons, you are welcome here.

Our goal is simple:
To create a warm and supportive environment where people can feel seen, heard, and reminded that healing is possible.

Our first gathering will be the San Francisco Grief Summit on April 24, hosted by USA Today bestselling author Jenny Brandemuehl, with additional speakers including bestselling author Andrea Leeb, hospice physician Dr. Dawn Gross, grief counselor Cheryl Espinosa-Jones, and a special musical performance by Kellie Rose.

We hope this community becomes a place where meaningful conversations continue long after the event ends.
