About us
Pints & Prompts is a laid-back hack night for people who like vibe coding and good beer.
Every meetup, we grab a table at a local brewery, get a a cold one, and build something fun in a couple of hours using AI tools like Claude. No big team, no pressure, no all-nighters; just bring the device already in your pocket (aka your phone), a laptop, and a cable to connect the two... we'll turn an idea into a working demo before last call!
You'll fit right in if you're: a curious beginner, a weekend tinkerer, a software/hardware engineer, a designer, or just someone who thinks "wait, can we build that?" over a pint. Zero experience required; if you can type a sentence, you can build something tonight.
What a night looks like: show up, grab a beer, pick a tiny build, make it with Claude, and demo it to the group at the end. Best part is meeting other builders in SF who'd rather make something than just talk about it.
Come thirsty, leave with something you can show your friends!
