Sound Bath Experience
Friday December 12th
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
*Followed by dinner
Join us for a sound bath (and dinner!) at Bhakti SF. A relaxing end to your week, with healing sounds and a light yoga practice lead by certified yoga teacher at Google, Yvonne Wang.
After a short yoga practice, you will experience a sound bath where soothing sounds from singing bowls and harmonium will guide your mind and body into a deeply relaxed state. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain waves to promote a sense of ease and inner peace.
This is a great event to explore spiritual healing practices and meet new people. Enjoy a delicious dinner with other students after the class.
All levels are welcome. All equipment provided.
