Purpose:
A relaxed painting and networking experience exclusively for healthcare professionals at the manager level and above. Healthcare leaders from clinical, operational, administrative, quality, technology, and other professional areas can unwind, paint freely, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections in an informal setting.

Eligibility: This event is exclusively for healthcare professionals currently serving at the manager level or above. A current LinkedIn profile is required to register. All profiles will be reviewed to verify each attendee’s job title, organization, and healthcare leadership role before attendance is confirmed.

Welcome, event purpose, open-canvas instructions, and confidentiality reminder
6:30–7:10 PM
Begin painting with Connection Prompt 1: The Color of Leadership
7:10–7:50 PM
Continue painting with Connection Prompt 2: Leadership Lessons
7:50–8:20 PM
Continue painting during a healthcare leadership knowledge exchange
8:20–8:45 PM
Finish paintings with Connection Prompt 3: Canvas and Connections
8:45–9:00 PM
Informal gallery viewing, photographs, contact exchange, and closing remarks.
Admission and Payment
The event fee is $100 per person, payable in cash at the entrance. Please bring the exact amount whenever possible. Admission will be provided only to guests whose registration and LinkedIn profiles have been verified and confirmed in advance.
Attendance Commitment
Space is limited, and every confirmed registration reserves a seat and painting supplies. If you can no longer attend, please notify us in advance. Confirmed guests who fail to attend without providing notice may become ineligible to register for future events with us.
Dress Code
The dress code is relaxed and comfortable. White, beige, pastel, neutral, and other calm colors are encouraged to help create the peaceful atmosphere of the evening. Please wear something comfortable that you would not mind accidentally getting paint on.
