We are excited to launch our first ever Longevity SF event!
The fastest growing longevity community in Europe (Longevity Germany) is now launching in the US. Our kick off event will be an urban hike in Golden Gate Park!
Every step we take is a choice to stay alive, stay curious, and stay connected. Let's get to know each other and hit our steps daily count together!
Plan:
- 2 pm: we’ll meet in Golden Gate Park for a community hike through the trails, surrounded by redwoods, good humans, and good vibes.
- 2:30 pm: after a round of intros and some words on the community project, we'll set off on our hike!
- 4:30 pm: post-hike açai bowl/coffee (this is optional!)
✨ What to expect:
- ~6.5 mile group hike (easy/moderate pace)
- Post-hike reflections + group photo
- Dogs, friends, and family welcome 🐕
