About us
A T-group (short for Training Group) is an experiential group focused on learning about relationships, communication, and group dynamics by being in the group itself. Think of it as: the group is the curriculum.
Here’s the gist in human terms:
- There’s little to no preset agenda
- No teaching, lecturing, or “topic of the week”
- Members talk about what’s happening right now between them
- Feedback is central: How did that land? What do you notice about how I show up?
The learning comes from direct experience, not theory.
What people learn:
- How they impact others (often in surprising ways)
- Communication patterns (avoidance, dominance, pleasing, withdrawal, etc.)
- Power, inclusion/exclusion, leadership, conflict
- Emotional awareness and regulation in real time
- How to give and receive feedback without collapsing or attacking
It’s very “here-and-now,” very relational.
I’m a therapist and a lifelong seeker of deeper human connection, meaning, and aliveness. Over the years, I’ve participated in a variety of men’s process groups, relational spaces, and different therapeutic and experiential modalities. These experiences have been deeply shaping, and I feel called to create a group of my own.
I’m currently looking to form a small, ongoing men’s process group and would love to connect with like-minded men who are interested in showing up with curiosity, honesty, and care. This group is inclusive of all sexual orientations and identities — all men are welcome.
The vision is to gather weekly in a consistent group where we practice mutual support and witnessing. Together, we would explore not only what is alive for each of us individually, but also how we are impacted by one another — noticing feelings, reactions, and relational dynamics as they arise in the room. The focus is on presence, authenticity, and shared humanity rather than fixing or performing.
I am also open to finding a co-facilitator, along with four additional group members, so that the container feels balanced, intentional, and well-held.
If this resonates with you — even just a little — I invite you to reach out. We can start with a video call to connect, ask questions, and see whether this feels like a good fit for both of us.
