Friendly full field or half field scrimmages with medium to full sized goals at the Polo Grounds in Golden Gate Park.

Roughly two 45-minute halves with a ten minute halftime break.

No slide tackling or rough play.

We play just for fun. Please respect each others..

Please bring a red and a blue shirt. Plenty of parking available.

Full length cleats recommended. Shin pads optional.

Sometimes followed by lunch or beers.
