The Logos Method specializes in Therapeutic Sound Journey's. We currently hold them at Golden Gate Doula twice a month. Pregnant women who do Therapeutic Sound Journey's report significant reduction in stress and anxiety. Our goal at The Logos Method is to help prepare your nervous system to be ready for the task of giving birth wisely.
