Using Movement, Breath, Meditation and Self-Applied Massage, we will relax our minds and bodies, break up stagnation and facilitate the movement of energy throughout the body to Cultivate Vitality & Inner Power, Optimize health & Enhance immune function.
By initiating the relaxation response, Qigong practice has been shown to reduce the effects of stress and activate natural healing mechanisms.
We will incorporate practices from several Qigong traditions with emphasis on the beautiful whole body circular and spiral movements of Wild Goose Qigong.
