Rooftop Sake tastings from Japan with Kenji [Mission Bay]

Come learn about and taste a variety of sake! At this event, you will learn about the brewing process, sake categorization, and how to taste and serve sake. Experience this ancient beverage's broad spectrum of flavor profiles and use this knowledge to give yourself a leg up the next time you see sake on a menu.

We will be tasting 5-6 sake, covering a large range of production methods to give you an idea of what the wide world of sake can offer. Once we've tasted all of them, you are free to revisit any of them at any time. Drink as much or as little as you like, as long as you're doing so responsibly. All this for less than the price of a glass or two of premium sake at a restaurant.
