About us

Fort Funston has a number of steep deep sand hills that give a great HIIT style workout. It is 10 minute walk down to the tall steep hills, then I usually do 5-8 all out sprints up a large hill, then head back.

You feel great afterwards, the sea air invigorates and the activity is low impact on the joints.

Looking to find some like minded folks to encourage each other and improve our VO2 Max.
